TLR® Quick Reference Card

This TLR® Quick Reference Card has been designed to print double-sided (flip on the long-edge) so that it can be cut into 4 individual pocket cards.  To achieve the best quality possible, print on 8.5″x11″ white paper stock. Confirm you have printed the cards correctly before you distribute them.  Correctly printed cards,once cut into four, will have the Assessment on one side and the Flow Chart on the other.
