New Online System Testing and Usability Study
Saskatchewan Workers’ Compensation Board is seeking care provider volunteers to test a new technology solution aiming to improve how customers access and use WCB services. Volunteers are needed to test the system early or be part of usability studies to share feedback on what works well, what doesn’t work or is not intuitive, and what could be improved. Real-world experience will help them identify issues and make adjustments while changes can still be made.

Volunteer can expect:
- Opportunities to try out parts of the system before go‑live
- Clear ways to share feedback and suggestions
- Ongoing updates on what they heard and how your input is being considered
- Continued involvement throughout the build stage, not just a one‑time test
This is not a finished product. Feedback shared will directly influence how the online platform is designed and refined, and how the resource material can best meet customer needs.
Participation is optional, time‑limited and will not affect current or future WCB services.
