HALF DAY CLASSROOM APPROACH
If you are approved to teach the half day classroom, the following resources are provided.
The wallet card files are designed for a specific Avery template (#5371 or #8371) which have 10 perforated cards per sheet.
Do not resize the [.PDF] file when you print as it is set-up specifically for the Avery template numbers provided (choose ‘Actual Size’ or ‘Fit to Page’).
To print the wallet cards you will need to order (please check with your purchasing department if applicable to ensure you follow procedures) the card stock for these specific templates from your local stationary store.
Make sure you order the card stock that is appropriate for your printer or photocopier, as there are different types available specifically for your equipment.
Use white stock (not ivory), and use a printer or copier that will produce good-quality documents.
You may want to run a test-copy before you produce large quantities
Note: The participant name, date of session and trainer information will need to be completed in pen after the wallet cards are printed. Approved trainers only complete the area on the wallet card for the SASWH program they’re approved to teach.
